Before You Do Anything: Try Out Your Work From Home Ideas

December 3rd, 2008 by Author

So you know, roughly, how to test your easy work from home ideas. Before you go any further and start investing like an entrepreneur business opportunity seeker, though, you need to try it out. Here’s how.

Build a Prototype.

If you plan to sell physical things, or you’re going to do something like starting a website or making software, then you should build a prototype to see how easy your work from home ideas will work out. A prototype is a version of your product that is built quickly by you alone, and serves to show that your idea is feasible in the real entrepreneur world of business opportunities. If it would be too expensive to build the whole thing, then just building the new part that differentiates you from your competitors is good enough.

Show your prototype to a few people, to see what they think. Are they excited? Would they use it?

Get a Few Customers.

If your product is relatively low-value, or you’re providing a service, then it should be relatively easy to get a few customers and do a few dry runs of your work from home ideas. Do them a generous discount (you could even do it for free), to make sure that everything runs smoothly and the customers are satisfied at the end of it.

For example, let’s say you plan to be a landscape gardener from home. You could borrow the tools, and volunteer to do a garden for some kind of charity project – this is good, since it means that you’re doing something nice for charity, but they’re not paying for perfection, so it’s not that bad if small things go wrong. You should then go through all the motions as you would once your business is established, and see what comes out at the other end.

Here’s another one. Let’s say you’re an Italian living outside Italy, and you plan to try the business opportunity to become an entrepreneur in a home business cooking pasta in your kitchen and delivering it to customers (you’d be surprised how many home businesses there are in the catering industry). You could make a rough draft of a leaflet (with discounted prices) and deliver it to a small number of homes in the area, until you get a little response. You could then see if it really is feasible to make and deliver these things, and whether there would be any profit in it.

The best dry-runs, though, are the ones where you can get one client at full price. This generally happens in the kind of industry where most transactions are business-to-business, and go through a bidding process. If you’re doing something like freelance writing or artwork, this can let you take on one ‘job’ without being committed to any more afterwards. If you find it’s not for you, at least you haven’t lost too much – and if you love it, then you’re getting valuable experience before you try to take it full-time.

As some entrepreneurs do when you try your business opportunity out, make sure to do some kind of survey – you could hand it to the customer, include it with your delivery, or even phone up and say that you’re just calling to make sure everything is alright. Following up this way isn’t just good for you, it’s also good customer service.

Don’t Rely on Scale.

One of the most common things I hear when I tell people to try out their “easy” work from home ideas is that a small-scale trial wouldn’t do the idea justice, since they ‘plan to make money on scale’.

Never, ever rely solely on scale. You think that supplies will get magically cheaper if you’re doing ten orders a day instead of one? Guess again. You think you’re going to save time by doing lots of orders at once? You might save some, but not as much as you might think. When you’re trying to see whether your business is viable, you should always err on the conservative side – the thinner your margins are, the easier it is for something unexpected to happen and destroy them altogether.

You’re cheating yourself as an entrepreneur if you don’t try out your business opportunity before you start it – you’ll be throwing yourself in at the deep end, and there won’t be a lifeguard. Trying it out gives you the easy opportunity to make your beginner mistakes (there will be a few, I guarantee it), and to build confidence in yourself and your work from home business without the idea of taking pointlessly large amounts of risk.

Getting off the Internet and Onto the Phone for a Great Home Based Business

December 2nd, 2008 by Author

Often people are misled into thinking that they only way to have a home business is to use the internet. That is far from the truth. Many people run a home based business without ever having to do anything online. These small home based business operations are using the telephone and local advertising to build a lucrative profit. The telephone is an often overlooked and underused business asset. Many times people get so wrapped into the internet and its many possibilities that they forget home business has been around since long before the internet was a household name.

Using just a telephone and local advertising to start a home based business is not difficult and actually can prove more profitable than any online business. It is easier to target a customer base, easier to reach potential customers and costs much less than keeping a website up and running. Today there are many phone companies that offer great deals that include unlimited long distance which allows a person the ability to grow outside of their local area easily without much extra cost. Besides the telephone is a tool everyone knows how to use, so there is no learning how to do anything, unlike the internet where there is plenty for the novice user to learn before they can even start their home based business.

The biggest obstacle in a telephone home online business is knowing how to charge customers or clients, as they are referred to. It really depends on the business as to how to charge. Some charge a subscription fee where the client pays for a certain amount of time. Other charge based on a per call fee which charges for the number of calls they make. These are the two basic ways of charging for telephone work and the choice will most likely be determined by the types of calls being made.

The type of work at home online business that would be most likely to use a subscription pricing plan would be where there are going to be regular blocks of times the business would be making calls for the client. When the business owner knows they will be calling for x number of hours for a client they can quote them a flat subscription fee. The type of home based business that would charge a per call fee would be one where the calls are going to be made randomly or when the amount of time is unknown. In cases where the client has a list of numbers to call and just wants all the numbers called a per call fee could be charged.

Using the telephone for business is definitely not a new idea. It is just one that has been forgotten or overlooked in the frenzy of the internet marketplace. Setting up a home based business that uses the telephone is a nice alternative to setting up a website and working only online. A telephone is easy to use, easy to set up and a great business tool.

Why Home Businesses Fail

December 1st, 2008 by Author

Embarking on a new entrepreneurial journey, especially for any sort of home based enterprise can be challenging, exciting, and certainly rewarding. There are possibilities of failure, and equally, possibilities of success.

Lack of financial planning and investment. A significant amount of the time, inexperienced home business owners will lack a general understanding of business finance. Investment capital is needed to start with. Every at-home entrepreneur has big dreams of becoming financially successful, considerably rich, or simply well-off; But few understand that during the onset of implementing their business plans they must let go of their uneasiness at spending on necessities such as marketing, advertisement, research tools, and other specific resources needed to allure, capture, and retain customers. Every business owner must have a financial plan that not only takes investment into account, but calculates every possibility within the realm of the big and little picture. No detail is too large or small to be overlooked or unaccounted for.

Failing to meet the customers needs. Customers are essentially the bread and butter of any business. The failure of a home business can be due to a plain or outright lack of attention to the customers needs. Entrepreneurs who base their businesses on personal passions, or hobbies my overlook their customer base entirely. They may pick a market that is not popular, or may offer a product that lacks a solution or fails to solve a common problem amongst their customer base. Home business owners who fail to take a serious approach by procrastinating, scheduling too many days off, or ignoring customer inquires, increase their potential for failure.

Poor marketing techniques. The failure of a home business can be a direct cause of an ineffective marketing approach or strategy. Attracting a viable customer or client base is imperative. Home businesses must generate marketing materials that grab the attention of their clients, are easy to understand, and provide clear and concise information on the product or service offered. Demonstration materials, brochures, or web sites that lack professionalism can deter customers and give the overall impression that your home business lacks seriousness.

Lack of resources, knowledge, or flexibility. Many home businesses fail because their owners lack the resources needed to sustain and/or increase growth. Home business owners need to know where to go for help with financial problems, failed marketing methods, and businesses strategies to unfamiliar or uncommon problems that come up along the way. If a home business owner is not adaptable to change, is unwilling to take different tactics, or simply doesnt know where to go for solutions, business can come to a stand still, stifle and ultimately flop.

Competition. Competitors can undersell or out perform any business. Failure of a home business can occur when the competition is not taken seriously or is ignored. Failure can also happen if a home business does not establish its uniqueness, or mimics goods and services offered by competitors.

Any type of business, at any time, has the potential for failure if certain key things are not accomplished, researched, considered, or anticipated. Failure of a home business can be due to one specific element, or a slue of things. And specifically due to the nature of most home businesses being small, the impact of failure on the ambitious entrepreneur can be exhaustive.

Starting Your Own Home Business

November 30th, 2008 by Author

Ok, so you have researched the facts, weighed the pros and cons and have finally decided that a home business is right for you. But now you need to figure out what type of business you want and how to proceed with marketing this business.

There are many types of home businesses but not all of them are right for all people. You need to ask yourself these questions: Do I want to start my own business from scratch? Do I just want to join an MLM and sell for someone else? Do I want to sell physical products or digital products? Do I want to do all the work online or offline too? Do I want help with my business or do I want to go solo? Do I just want to become an affiliate and sell other people’s online products?

MLM/Direct Sales - The company you sell for is in control of how you run your business. You are paid a commission for sales and usually have to recruit a downline.

Distributorship - You are in control of your own business. You keep all profits and do not need to recruit a downline.

Digital Products - Selling digital products such as ebooks is done online and there is no need for an inventory, shipping or worrying about damaged goods.

Affiliate Programs - many people make a good online income just by selling other people’s products.

Service Provider - This would include such things as virtual assistant, party planner, pet sitter, etc.

These types of businesses can be combined to form one very successful business. Such as applying for a distributorship and then also offering ebooks on your online store site.

Once you have chosen your business and gotten all your permits, tax numbers, etc, you will need to start marketing your new business. There are countless ways to do this online and offline.

Offline Marketing

Offline marketing would include: business cards, flyers, attending your community events and networking, attending expos, craft fairs, trade shows, postcards, phone calls, newsletter advertising, door hangers, radio, fundraisers, school functions, catalog distribution, mailing lists, home parties, car magnets, brochures, seminars, yellow pages and more. Use your creativity to come up with your own unique marketing ideas.

Online Marketing

Marketing strategies online include: link exchanges, search engines, autoresponders, online auctions, email press release, online chats/seminars, ebooks, blogging, tutorials, ad swapping, ezine publishing, article marketing and much more!

To market your home business takes a lot of work, consistency, time and commitment. Handing out a couple business cards and throwing up a website will not suffice. Work as many as these marketing ideas as you can. Find out which ones really work for you and then expand on them. Then try more!

I want to make sure you understand that you cannot treat your business as a hobby. If you want a successful business with a full time income, you have to work your business full time. If you find one of these programs that claim you can make thousands a week for 5 minutes of work, (that actually work) please let me know. In the meantime, start using some of these ideas and get your business name out there!

Home Based Business Marketing

November 29th, 2008 by Author

So you’re in business, and you’ve got everything up and running, but you’re working from home. Nothing wrong with that, is there? Many people make it work. There’s just one problem - all those existing home based businesses have existing customers. How are you going to find yours?

Working from home means that your business is not immediately visible to the outside world. You don’t have a storefront, a warehouse or a prominent office for people to notice. You need to campaign hard to get attention. You’ll have limited facilities and a limited amount of storage capacity for advertising materials. What can you do?

Just because your business is based at home doesn’t mean it can’t be connected to the wider trading community. If the product or service you are offering is aimed at the national or international marketplace, you first port of call should be the internet. For this, you’ll need a company website. If you have good html skills, you may choose to build your own. There’s lots of free advice available online to help with this. Alternatively, you can look up professional web designers and find somebody to build your page for you. Prices for such services vary considerably and the more expensive ones are not always the best, so look at examples of their previous work and make sure you’re getting your money’s worth. Your company website is extremely important. It will be the first part of your business most customers see. It is therefore worth the effort to get it right.

After building your website, you need to make sure that people will see it. You’ll need to register it with search engines and with specialist pages based on subjects related to what your business does. You may also be able to exchange links with companies which work in related areas but are not directly competing with you. Your website may be used just for marketing or it may be used to sell your product or service directly. If this is the case, you may also wish to consider doing business via auction sites. Every individual promotion based on goods or services available through your website, and linking to it, can attract more customers for you.

If your business is locally based, a website can still help to make you look professional, but it is not as much of a priority. In this case, you need to concentrate your advertising campaign in your home area. If you are tragetting other businesses, this may mean making phone calls and paying visits to their premises to talk about what you do. Print up some information leaflets you can hand out. It’s worth using good quality paper for these, even if they’re black and white - paper makes the biggest difference to how people respond to them. You’ll also need business cards, which are more difficult to make at home. Fortunately, there are a number of web based companies from which you can obtain these at a low price.

If you want to advertise your product or service directly to the public, you may consider printing some flyers. These are a cheap and easy marketing solution. You can put them through letter boxes or distribute them in locations (cafes, shop windows etc.) where the sort of customers you’re looking for are likely to be. When you’re running a home based business providing a local product or service it’s worth promoting yourself as part of the local community. Make use of community locations like schools and libraries, and see if there are local projects which your company can become involved in. Let people know that you are there to help them, and watch your business grow.

Network Marketing: Extended Definition

November 28th, 2008 by Author

Entrepreneurial spirit is sweeping the Nation’s interest at a phenomenal rate; people everywhere are exploring startup opportunities for a new home or internet-based business. Network marketing is the powerful engine turbo-driving this skyward trend. Most home (or internet) based companies share a common, sales-approach trait: they utilize network marketing techniques and skills to achieve business success.

This report provides a definition of what network marketing is. It also touches on some of the who, what, when, where, and whys associated with this often ambiguously interpreted phrase.

What is Network Marketing?

Network (v. intr.): To interact or engage in informal communication with others for mutual assistance or support.

Marketing (n.): The act or process of buying and selling in a market. (The American Heritage® Dictionary of the English Language)

Thus a laymen’s term for network marketing could be: People helping people to prosper by the consumption of related products, information, and/or services, in a collaborative team-inspired effort of self-empowerment.

Network marketing is also referred to as Multilevel Marketing (MLM) or Cooperative Marketing. It is the process of selling products, services, information, or business opportunities through personal or individual relationships with family, friends, coworkers, and a variety of others. The main goal focuses not only on selling the particular commodity, but also encourages the purchasing party’s involvement in selling the services or product themselves. In return, these people often receive discounted products or services as well as monetary compensation. Usually, the more people you get involved in this method of self-benefiting product distribution, the more benefits or rewards you yourself receive.

Network marketing is synonymously referred to as Multi-Level-Marketing or MLM.

MLM companies usually thrive on some form of tier structured compensation plan. Simply put, the more prospects [people] you get involved in your business, the more residual income you make. Residual income can be thought of as “money earned from your prospects’ efforts”. This type of income is called residual income and is often coined an intangible asset.

Over the years many different types of MLM companies have come and gone. Lack of standard business policies and procedures, accountability, and other reputable reference availability often drove these businesses to inevitable failure. Many were even dubbed illegal due to unethical practices. One fundraising source states: “Many MLMs were viewed as get rich quick scams and disregarded by the general population. These scams were often referred to as Pyramid schemes and were well planned scams”. (Profit Quests Fundraising; The MLM File).

Who participates in Network Marketing?

Common people, such as you and I! We often share our excitement of a newly discovered product or service with our friends or relatives. This may have influence on their future purchase or use of that particular commodity. They in turn tell a neighbor, friend, or coworker, and BOOM!: we’re participating in word of mouth referral, a common method of network marketing.

Entrepreneurs! Self-motivated people involved in a successful home-based or internet-based businesses use network marketing strategies to successfully thrive in the marketplace. These people connect with network marketing concepts and practices on a more advanced level, often as their sole source of livelihood.

Network marketing at it’s peak or apex level of performance, boasts millionaires around the world. Successful network marketing companies include USANA, SFI Marketing, Mellaleuca, Mary Kay Cosmetics, Avon, and many others. (Susan Ward)

Why do people get involved?

There are many reasons why people get involved in network marketing. Some do it unknowingly for the self-satisfaction of helping others. Some stumble into the business by accident, getting ’hooked’ on a particular brand or product. Others seek out the unlimited opportunities this type of self-sufficient livelihood can provide.

People working in this industry reap substantial tax benefits! According to USANA’s marketing material, people can legally save thousands of dollars with home-based business deductions. (Usana Health Sciences).

“Every North-American Taxpayer who works a full-time job and does not have a side business is probably overpaying taxes to the tune of $3,000 to $9,000 a year!” (Sandy Botkin)

According to one popular newsletter, over 20 million people worldwide, are involved in cooperative marketing and their sales are in excess of one billion dollars. People turn to this type of livelihood for many factors, including current unfavorable economic conditions. (The MLM Watchdog).

When will it happen?

We subconsciously exchange information, ideas, and suggestions, to those around us every day. It probably hasn’t been that long since you had a positive or negative impact on someone else’s decision making. Maybe you revealed to your neighbor how much $$ you saved since you started shopping at the discount food store. Or how about last night’s phone conversation with a friend relaying the HOT SALE he or she just stumbled upon at a particular salon. Without methodically thinking of it, you were sharing information that was self-rewarding and of mutual benefit. These are examples of network marketing occurring at it’s simplest level.

“Either we take hold of the future or the future will take hold of us”, Dr Patrick Dixon Chairman Global Change Ltd, (http://www.globalchange.com/captur.html).

How To Network Market

An in-depth view of the how to principles of network marketing is beyond the scope of this article. However, the internet has a growing stream of information: One simple Google search for ‘network marketing’ returns 83,900,000 entries on the topic. Today’s technological advancements in sharing electronic information has made it easier than ever to explore network marketing, particularly through affiliated programs and sponsors.

How Much Can You Realistically Earn Working for Yourself Online? You Might Be Surprised to Learn

November 27th, 2008 by Author

Whenever I speak with “non” Internet business owners, they’re always amazed when I tell them how much revenue we can generate working online. Of course, the majority of them think we’re involved in the flesh or gambling business and struggle to comprehend the almost unlimited possibilities, yet when they take the time to listen and understand the model it is as if Galileo himself was experiencing his first Eureka moment!

Let me tell you right now, your ability to earn on the Internet is only limited by your desire to learn and your drive or your penchant to take action. In fact, taking action is by far the most important criteria for a successful Internet business, it is impossible to describe how much you can learn simply by doing.

In my experience it takes a little while for the penny to drop, regardless of the stories (and there is a few well known Internet Marketers guilty of this) of high earnings and consistent growth, we all need to grow and learn at our own pace. Almost without fail the eBooks promising you riches and untold millions if only you follow their easy to understand formula, which incidentally costs $99 a time are a waste of time.

But you already knew that right? Yet, we’re all guilty of buying them, we must be or else there would not be so many available on the market with more being released from Mr and Mrs Guru every other day. Instead, we advocate the acorn to oak tree approach. Set yourself a small target, become proficient, expert even in one or two areas and enjoy the sensation of creating your first few bucks on the Internet.

You’ll be surprised how quickly it will grow, your confidence will increase and you will begin to experiment in other areas. Before you know what is happening, you’re thinking about whether you could increase your profit a little bit more and finally quit your J O B. This is when the magic happens, you’ll start to think of it as a business, perhaps you’ll write a business plan and invest in technology or skills. When you’re at this stage, the world is your oyster.

When I first started out, I was advised to set myself a daily target. At this time, I still had my full time job, mortgage etc yet I knew there was gold in them thar hills. I was so excited that I spent the first six months wasting my savings on every ebook and membership site I could get my hands on, it was not until I took the time to build relationships with people that had done it before that I learned about the daily target model.

The good thing about the Internet is that your revenues are instant. You can see immediately what you are earning and where. With this information at your finger tips it is easy to make changes and focus on small but important growth. When I could consistently hit $10 a day, I started to think about my next target. $100 a day, $200 a day and so on, my daily target that would enable me to quit my job was $267 a day. Why such a strange figure? Because that gave me a six figure revenue, if I could do that in less than a year I was convinced I could get to 7 figures.

MLM Network Marketing Training - Are You Fooling Yourself Out of MLM and Network Marketing?

November 26th, 2008 by Author

Are you fooling yourself into believing that you actually are working this business?

Many distributors practice what I call “Pretend Power”. That is where you are actually “empowered” by pretending you are doing this business.

You pretend you are working.

You pretend you are making phone calls.

You pretend you are going to appointments.

You pretend you are doing presentations.

You pretend you are recruiting.

You pretend… pretend… and then pretend some more…

HEY! Been there and done that! I nearly pretended myself right out of MLM! I know what that is like and the frustration that comes with it!

You believe you are working it. You believe you are going to be successful.

You believe also in fairy tales…

It’s called MLM delusion.

WAKE UP!!!!!!!

You cannot pretend your way into success in MLM.

You MUST make the phone calls.

You MUST talk to people.

You MUST do the presentations.

You MUST engage the basics of this business to have any type of basic Success in MLM.

If you are not talking to at least 2 new people daily, following up on at least 2 people daily, and not collecting at least 2 new leads a day and making 2 sales a week….

You are pretending to be in this network marketing business.

And I will even go as far as to say that if you are not recruiting at least one person every other month, you are pretending to work your Network Marketing business.

And then, all that will produce is a “Pretend Paycheck”.

You can pretend it’s there, and pretend to spend it, and pretend to pay your bills with it. THAT will go over with your creditors… (smile)…

If you think about it….

The last word in Pretend is END.

If you want to bring your Network Marketing business to a quick end….

Stay in Pretendsville, located in the great state of Wishful Thinking.

IGNITE!

Finding a Niche for your Home-Based Business Part Two

November 25th, 2008 by Author

CREATE A NICHE BUSINESS WITH A SMILE

No, we don’t mean for you to sit at your computer all day looking like the round, yellow face, or the Cheshire Cat from Alice in Wonderland!

SMILE is an acronym that stands for:

Specialized

Marketing

Idea

Leading (your)

Enterprise

As the name implies, a SMILE is a specialized or distinct marketing idea that sets you apart from your competition, and makes your business stand out and be noticed. Gone are the days of the “If you build it, they will come!” style of internet marketing, when you could just slap any old web site with “same-old, same-old” content up on the internet, and then sit back and count the orders streaming in. Today’s customer is savvy- the “Buy from me because I’m the greatest!” message just doesn’t cut it! You have to have substance. You have to have something concrete that you do better than anyone else, something that you do that nobody else does; and/or offer the best value to the customer by either being less expensive and/or adding value by doing or giving more. If you are selling software online, for example, you would offer the “lowest price”, the “best selection”, or a “buy one, get one free” promotion.

It may shock you that most businesses start out without any clue as to filling niches with SMILES. -just a “me, too” clone of other such enterprises. A prime brick and mortar example is Real Estate. What sets Century 21 apart from REMAX, besides the name and the color scheme of their advertising? Century 21 has a mortgage division, which appeals to the niche of “both services under one roof”, or convenience for the customer. Smaller offices also may have niches that they appeal to- One office in a rural area may specialize in selling farms and ranches. Another small office offers sellers a very low percentage of commission. This was a great thing in a seller’s market, but once the market shifts or cools off, this particular office ended up shooting itself in the foot.

At best, most businesses that lack a SMILE merely get by. Many fail, as they don’t give the public any tangible benefits for doing business with them- no appealing promise, special service, or unique feature. Particularly for online businesses, nobody wants to buy from a business that is just “ out there”, out in cyber-space. Thousands of other businesses just like it are also “out there”. Show the customer something- unbeatable selection, the best prices in the industry, or, better yet, address a need that is not being met by existing businesses that are already “out there”.

Strategies For The Work At Home Mom

November 24th, 2008 by Author

I juggled December with many family emergencies, looking back realizing I had lost my job Dec 29th 2005 and have made a very small income this year. How did my family survive loosing over 50 grand in a year? How did they all of a sudden “get it” that I was going to build my Network Marketing Company? Well, I don’t think they really still “get it”.. When asked what does your mom do over the years, it was, oh she travels and works on computers.. “She works for Corporate”.. Now, I cannot get them to say, oh she has her own business, she is building a Home Based Business.. I think once the checks get larger they will believe. Until then I keep on believing in myself! So, all you WAHM’s out there.

Here are some daily strategies to help you get through your day.

However bad your “good nights sleep” is when you wake up, forget about it. when your feet hit the floor. When I cannot sleep I envision my dream house and walking my dogs in our woods, hitting the lake. What you think about most you will create. My kids are older, so when I get up they are usually gone or still asleep, I like my husband to be on his way to work when I rise so I have no conflict to start my day.. (Marriage can be tough) :-)
Daily schedule… Schedule the time you spend on your advertising.. Schedule when you will get the house ‘picked up”, schedule doing laundry. In my house this is done all day, I have yet to make the kids do their own laundry. They will be gone soon so I appreciate doing this for them. Write everything down from picking the kids up to making dinner to making your follow up calls to your business training.

EAT RIGHT…….. I have found my eating habits are all over the board thus my energy level is so low. Naps have been a normal part of my life! I have been thin my entire life but hitting 40 I know I need to recognize my energy has lowered do to lack of eating right and working out.Eat more, not less.. This will keep your energy level up. Do Not Eat until your full. Don’t be afraid to put your fork down while eating, eat slowly, enjoy what your eating. Low Carbs? I eat middle of the glycemic counter or low carbs. Your body will not burn the fuel as quickly.

Grapefruits, apples, cherries, plain yogurt, sweet potatoes, red new potatoes, soybeans, carrots, wild rice, chick peas, kidney beans and green peas all have a lower index which will help you while your in front of the computer.

Exercise…. Not only do you gain energy you feel better and look better. I am working on a exercise book now.. You must get your cardio cooking for AT LEAST 20 min if your looking to loose any amount of weight.. So walking the dog is not really going to count. I am not saying that is not good for your heart, or your sense of well being, because it is! Work up a sweat ladies. Consult with your local trainer at a number of different clubs around the country, or consult with your doctor. Lift weights.. Ladies you will not bulk up unless your a body builder. Lift weights and watch your under arms tighten, your belly firm quicker, your rear get smaller and tighter.

No time? FIND the time. No more excuses.

Plug into daily training. Watch “The Secret”. That movie is so powerful. Remember to Dream Big and believe in your self.
